Jabulani is a Zulu word that means the spirit of happiness, rejoice and celebrate always! And that was exactly how we felt when we first fell in love with our property.

Please come and stroll through the vineyard while sipping one of our wines made with our cold climate grapes.

Our current products are a Frontenac Gris & Vidal fusion, a Frontenac Gris & Pinot Grigio blend, a Frontenac Gris & Un-oaked Chardonnay sur lie union and a Barrel Fermented/Barrel Aged Chardonnay for our white wines. We have two red wines available for the spring/summer season (their brothers are aging – to be ready for Christmas Time) a Marquette & Shiraz and a Marquette, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet France meritage

Penny's Fudge Factory

Welcome to one of the sweetest spots in the Ottawa Valley.

From our delicious fudge, made daily, to sweets and treats of every description, Penny’s Fudge Factory is a joyous experience which harkens back to days of old, when young children stood with pennies firmly clenched in their fists, as they picked and chose their candies for the week.

We encourage you to visit our little factory in FITZROY HARBOUR with your family and friends, and see first hand what we are all about. Penny’s Fudge Factory is open each year from May 1st through Dec. 24th; Summer hours: Open Daily 10:00 AM to -6:00 PM, May 1st to Labour Day, Fall Hours: Daily – Noon to 6:00 PM after Labour Day to Dec. 24.

Penny’s has been featured in the Ottawa Citizen Newspaper; CJOH Television’s “Regional Contact” and CHRO Television’s “A Sweet Success Story”. Penny’s Fudge Factory was voted Ottawa’s best fudge for 2007 and best fudge in the Ottawa Valley in 2009. The story of Penny’s Fudge Factory and it’s success has attracted people from as far away as Australia.

Judy is a founding member of the Ottawa Rural Tourism Committee and has been instrumental at creating a working group of small and local businesses throughout the rural environment of the City of Ottawa.

Sandy’s Saddlery is a full service tack shop serving Ottawa, the Valley and Quebec since opening our first store in 2000 and now in Manotick, Ontario.

We carry a very large stock of leather products and equipment for both competition and pleasure riders.

Along with all the English riding boots and equipment we carry the largest stock of beautiful Western boots and hats in Ottawa and Eastern Ontario.

We’re proud to say we have lots of giftware and clothing for people who don’t have horses.

For the past six years we have attended Hoedowns, Fairs and Concerts in Ottawa, the Valley and Quebec with our Sandy’s Saddlery Mobile Tack Shop.

We’ve added a second large mobile booth so we can attend two events each week.
