Hop in the car and enjoy the scenic view as you wind your way through our picturesque countryside on your adventure to one of our fun & educational Maple Bush Farms. Chances are you will see wild turkeys, deer and other wildlife on your way. We feature two wonderful adventure sites for your Maple Experience; Stanley's Olde Maple Lane Farm & Proulx Maple & Berry Farm.

Short and sweet, sugar bush season is our favourite time of year. Winters in Ottawa can be a little long, but we know that once the sugar shack fire is burning nice and hot, our favourite people and a new growing season aren’t far behind.

Open:Sunday, February 26th, and end Monday, April 17th.
Sat. & Sunday: Farm and sugar bush, 9-5
Weekend Brunch 9-3, last seating 2 pm. No reservations accepted.
Weekdays, by reservation only.
March Break (Ontario) 9-4, no reservations needed.
Easter 4-day weekend, 9-3, brunch reservation recommended.

Children’s prices (valid with purchase of adult meal)

Maple Fest Brunch Menu:

Homemade pea soup (vegetarian options available)
The real crispy pork (made the French Canadian way)
Curled bacon
Roasted garlic home fries
Our famous slow-cooked maple syrup brown beans (vegetarian options available)
Fresh eggs, scrambled
Grilled maple ham in maple syrup jus
Sausages from a local butcher (pork)
Maple-glazed baby carrots
Bread and butter
Tea, coffee and juice
All accompanied by real 100% pure maple syrup produced on location
And for dessert:

Pancakes made with Grand-Mama Proulx’s recipe
A serving of taffy on snow, or a slice of home made pie with whipped cream

Farm Admission, $5/person, kids under 3 free
Visit the farm’s outdoor play parks
Visit our petting farm
A hay ride (horse-drawn on weekends) through our maple forest (approximately 20 minutes)
Enjoy a guided tour and learn how maple syrup is made in the sugar shack (approx. 20 minutes)
Stop by our farm store to take home syrup or home-made jams.

Weekdays: Sugar bush tours and brunch available during the week by special arrangement. Please contact us to reserve your private visit.
